HAPPY ANNIVERSARY HARRAH’S
Celebration marks 10 years in New Orleans

Mayor C. Ray Nagin joined city and state officials, Harrah’s Senior Leadership Team, Harrah’s Board of Directors, employees and the community on Fulton Street to celebrate 10th anniversary of their opening on Canal Street. Mayor Nagin presented a proclamation to CEO Gary Loveman dedicating October 28th “Harrah’s Day.” The event boasted of some of the best food in the City and an array of music and dance for the 2400 Harrah’s employees.

Harrah’s is a devoted partner in the New Orleans community. One of the first locations to re-open after Hurricane Katrina, the business has evolved and transformed the lower part of Canal Street into a vibrant neighborhood.
