| MEDIA ALERT-TIME CHANGE FOR MAYOR'S HALLOWEEN PARTY |
(NEW ORLEANS) - October 30, 2009 -- Due to anticipated inclement weather this evening, the time of the annual Halloween party hosted by Mayor and Mrs. Nagin with the City of New Orleans, has been changed.
The event will be from 5 until 7 p.m. today at Palmer Park, at the intersection of South Claiborne and Carrollton Avenues.
The event will include Trick or Treating, costume contests, arts and crafts, games, prizes, food and music. It is open to people 13 and younger. All attendees should bring a bag to collect their candy and prizes.
