The appeals filed by both parties have been dismissed, and the plaintiff has dismissed his case. Case Summary: Plaintiff filed a mandamus against Mayor Nagin and City Attorney Penya Moses-Fields, for violation of the Public Records Act, for failure to provide the calendar and emails of Mayor Nagin that had been requested.
