 Russell A. Ardeneaux, MBA
MIS Enterprise Director
Russell Ardeneaux serves as MIS enterprise director for the Office of Information Technology. In his role, he is responsible for contractor relations and the Project Management Office managing projects for NOPD, GIS, EOC and telecommunications.
Prior to his current role, he served as data analytics manager for the State of Louisiana Road Home program where his team was responsible for data analytics, reporting and data base management. Previously, he worked for Middle South Utilities, now Entergy, for 30 years.
Mr. Ardeneaux is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and serves as vice president of marketing for the Greater New Orleans Project Management Institute. He is a native of New Orleans and has an MBA and B.S in Business Administration from Northwood University, Michigan.
The PMO will consist of Project Leads responsible for the management of individual projects within the City’s project portfolio. :
