Self-Service Kiosks

Web site and portal solutions provide citizens and city employees with streamlined processes and greater access to government functions. The addition of kiosks brings even more access, services, and productivity.
The Web and Application Development team has deployed four Kiosk applications to date:

City Website - Citizens can access the City Website to view all of the latest news, press releases, or services offered by the City.

Find a Department - Use the KIOSK to locate any City Department within the City Government.

Public Notice - In response to City Council ordinance, all Public Bodies can now submit meeting notices to the City Website and KIOSK

Fast Track Permitting - Anyone who wants to submit a permit application or view the status of a permit can now access the information using KIOSK.

The future of KIOSK include adding more user friendly features such as Search as well as enhancing KIOSK usage for citizens with special needs.
